Salary: £40,000–£45,000 (DOE) + Bonus Structure

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solar PV Roof Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled roofer with domestic solar installation experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
You’ll be working nationwide on domestic properties, installing solar PV systems safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The position involves regular travel and requires a professional, reliable approach on every job.

Key Responsibilities
- Install domestic solar PV systems on pitched and flat roofs
- Work safely and in line with all relevant regulations
- Collaborate effectively with the installation team

- Travel nationwide as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong roofing experience (solar PV experience highly desirable)
- A solid understanding of health and safety practices
- A positive, dependable, and professional attitude
- Willingness to travel and work across the UK
- Full UK driving licence
