All Rates Are Fixed
Our Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT.
Estimates can be provided by the engineers or an estimator before work commences.
Materials supplied by WYGS Ltd will be charged at trade price plus 20% mark up and are subject to VAT.
Material Collection time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum – any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and will not exceed £50 + VAT.
The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of Labour and Materials.
Payment must be made in full by Bank Card or Cash to the engineer upon receipt of the invoice.
We do not charge for travelling, parking, or extra for call-out – we have no hidden charges.
