Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background of administration works from point of survey through to completion of the work. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the compliance team with the effective completion of installation paperwork to ensure end to end client satisfaction. You will need to be able to multitask and take inbound calls whilst organising paperwork for completed installations. The role involves lots of communication will field operatives, surveyors and some reports to directors. No experience within the industry is required, as full training will be given to the right candidate, however, you need to be a forward thinker and willing to learn. Training for the right candidate will be given but you must show and be able to prove your proactiveness to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
● Perform clerical tasks to support the compliance team
● Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
● Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
● Computerise information for easy access
● Provide administrative support to ensure project efficiency
● Maintain organisational systems for project files
● Type correspondence and reports as needed
Experience
● Previous experience in an office environment is essential
● Strong phone etiquette skills are required
● Understanding of Microsoft Office
● Excellent data entry skills are necessary
● Ability to computerise information effectively
● Familiarity with administrative tasks is beneficial
● Strong organisational skills are a must
Qualifications
● No prior experience required
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
● Strong administrative and organisational skills
● Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently
● Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £27,225.00 per year
