Key Features of the Warm Homes: Local Grant

The scheme, which launched in April 2025 and runs until March 2028, replaces older schemes and aims to help meet Net Zero targets by reducing fuel poverty and carbon emissions. As part of the wider Warm Homes Plan to improve energy efficiency across the UK, £500 million was allocated to local authorities to deliver the scheme from April 2025 to March 2028.
