WYGS Ltd was established in 2014 by Glenn and Dave, both bringing extensive expertise from their years working in the heating industry with prominent organisations recognised across the UK. The company was founded with a clear mission: to support the delivery of government-funded grants for homeowners.

Lee joined the board of directors after contributing significantly to the business, adding his own wealth of heating industry experience. He now leads our in-house team responsible for retrofit design and coordination. Shortly after, Nev became part of the board, bringing his knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and extensive training in the insulation industry. Nev now oversees all insulation-related projects within the company.

Our drive to achieve exceptional results for our customers and successfully deliver government schemes for local authorities fuels our commitment to supporting the journey toward net-zero.

Over the past 11 years, our business has grown steadily, following a strategic plan that we are immensely proud of.
