  • WYGS were punctual, polite, tidy, and even hoovered up after himself! The engineers ran into a couple of difficulties throughout the day due to the age and size of my property, but this didn’t faze them, and they worked very late to ensure that my heating was working.

  • I was quite concerned about having the work done as, due to my OCD and cleanliness, I cannot stand any dirt of any nature, or even workmen trailing through my home. Before the engineers came to my property I had a lengthy conversation with the WYGS office regarding my issues – she went through what would happen on the day of install and reassured me that everything would go smoothly, and that I really didn’t need to be concerned.

    When the gentlemen arrived to install my new heating system, they knew of my issues and explained the process in great detail, once again reassuring me that I wouldn’t even be able to tell that they had been in my house.
